How will I know my order has been received by you?

Once you complete the payment process you will receive two emails. One email will be sent to you directly from the payment service provider (the company handling the secure card transaction). This is your confirmation that your card has been charged. The second email comes from us and will contain your order details and address details.

Is it safe to shop online?

Yes it is extremely safe. When you get to the point in my website where you are required to enter your card details, you will see a padlock icon on the right in the status bar at the bottom of your browser window. This indicates that you are using a secure connection and that all information entered will be encrypted.

Where do I add the name for my item?

There’s a box to add your name on each product page.

Can I design my own bunting?

Absolutely! The designs on my website are all products that have been made for previous customers to give you an idea as to what can be made. If you have a particular idea, colour scheme or bedding set to match to please just ask.

Can my bunting be made longer or shorter to suit?

Yes. I can sew your bunting with larger gaps between flags, smaller gaps or no gaps at all. Just include your requirements in the information box when you place your order.

Security

Arty apple takes the security of your transaction information very seriously. When you are ready to go to the checkout, please enter your delivery information and select which payment option you prefer. You can pay using your Credit / Debit Card, PayPal or Apple Pay. I do not have access to or hold any credit card details on my server.
